30-Day Discipline Reset saves progress on your device by default. You do not need an account to use the app.
What stays local
Your challenge start date, habit plans, daily reports, history, notes, quote rotation, and debug time settings are stored in this browser or installed app until you clear them, restart, or replace them by importing a progress file.
Moving to another device
Transfer is manual. Export a progress file from one device, then import that file on another device when you want to continue there. Import replaces the progress currently stored on that device.
No account required
The app works without usernames, passwords, email, or any cloud account. Your progress stays on the device unless you export a file and move it yourself.
Export types
The top-right Export button creates a CSV for sharing results. The Transfer button creates or imports the full progress file used to move the app between devices.
