30-Day Discipline Reset saves progress on your device by default. You do not need an account to use the app.
What stays local
Your challenge start date, habit plans, daily reports, history, notes, quote rotation, and debug time settings are stored in this browser or installed app until you clear them, restart, or replace them by downloading account progress.
What sync does
Sync is manual. If you create an account and press Upload this device, the current device progress is copied to the server account. If you press Download account, the account progress replaces the progress stored on this device.
Account details
Accounts use only a username and password. No email, real name, phone number, or personal profile is required. Passwords are stored as salted hashes, not plain text.
Export
Export creates a CSV file from the data already on your device. Use it before Download account if you want a copy of local progress.
